Composed of decorative bricks, HPL panels, white plaster, and glass, the building's exterior exudes a sense of modernity and refinement. Colored in a striking combination of black and white, Devora's facade epitomizes minimalistic chic, setting it apart as a hallmark of contemporary architectural design.

 

The first floor of Devora is dedicated to convenience and accessibility, housing garages to accommodate residents' vehicles seamlessly. This thoughtful design element not only enhances the building's functionality but also ensures residents' peace of mind regarding their transportation needs.
