The building is positioned on terrain with significant elevation changes and is designed in two volumes - 8-storey and 4-storey, connected by a single-storey structure. It boasts a unique architectural design, combining ventilated HPL facade panels with decorative brick cladding, characterized by elegant spatial forms and a distinctive appearance.

The entrance foyer features luxurious designer aesthetics, emphasizing the building's individuality. It embodies the concept of modern urban living, offering luxury, functionality, convenience, tranquility, security, green surroundings, and a prime location.

The building includes a common ground floor with garages accessible directly from the adjacent street.
