Set within a serene and cozy neighborhood, surrounded by educational institutions, residential complexes, and verdant parks, Slivnitsa embodies the essence of contemporary urban living. With its sleek facade adorned in black and white HPL panels, Slivnitsa emerges as a beacon of modernity and sophistication, captivating passersby with its striking minimalistic design.

At first glance, Slivnitsa's facade commands attention with its bold color scheme and clean lines. The juxtaposition of black and white HPL panels creates a visually stunning contrast, while the use of rectangular shapes adds a sense of geometric precision to the building's aesthetic. The vertical and horizontal dark grey grouts further accentuate the architectural symmetry, enhancing the overall sense of harmony and balance.
